South Park Cottages Welcomes Residents & Guests At Grand Opening Ceremony

South Park Cottages, the nation’s first minority-developed tiny home community in Atlanta welcomes its residents in a groundbreaking, ribbon-cutting ceremony. Real estate developer and CEO of Techie Homes, Booker T. Washington, hosts historical grand opening to South Park Cottages; his first of many future micro luxury communities in the United States.

At the event, guests were able to celebrate this monumental accomplishment, tour floorpans, meet homeowners, and understand the future of Techie Homes.

South Park Cottages Becomes Nation’s First Minority-Developed Tiny Home Community (Full Tour)

South Park Cottages, Atlanta Georgia’s first, and only, minority developed tiny home community delivering compact luxury with sustainable flare. Booker T. Washington, also an Atlanta native, is the visionary and strategic developer of College Park’s new micro community.

Migos Fans Mourn “TakeOff” After Home-going Ceremony in Atlanta

On Friday, thousands of Atlanta residents and Migos fans gathered at the State Farm Arena to attend a public funeral ceremony for Kirsnick Khari Ball AKA “TakeOff”.

The 21,000 seated venue “sold out” of free tickets to celebrate the life of a fallen Atlanta Hip-Hop artist. The ceremony lasted from twelve to three on a briskly overcast Friday afternoon and, included several performances, speeches from loved ones, and displays of gratitude for Ball’s contributions to #TheCulture.

A few ceremony goers gathered to share their experiences.
